At Yoga Bhavana, practice unfolds through workshops and series at the studio, yoga and meditation retreats, trainings, and an online studio you can access wherever you are.

Here you’ll find the different ways to practice with us – in person in Villeray, on retreat, or from home.

Workshops

Small-group gatherings to explore a theme through the seasons: deep rest, yin, the nervous system, meditation, back health, restorative practices, and more.

These sessions offer a space to settle in, deepen body awareness, and allow the practice to support everyday life.

Events are offered primarily by Marie-Daphné Roy, occasionally in collaboration with invited colleagues.

Yoga and meditation retreats

Retreats in Québec and abroad to take time to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Yoga, meditation, and restorative practices are woven together with moments of silence, time in nature, and shared connection.

Each retreat offers a supportive environment for the body, the nervous system, and one’s relationship with oneself.
